Payment profile on ITC

I have a credit card with this bank and my salary get transfered into my cheque account on the 20th of every month. In the last two months my payment date has been on sunday and the bank decided to debit my account on the 18th without my concern due to this my cheque account had negative score due return debit order and my score on ITC has dropped because my credit card shows amount in errears and my card is up to date Ive never been in errears. The consumer protection act says I have the right to disclosure and honest dealing and I think this bank is not following the regulators complaince

I want this sorted on ITC and experian and an apology letter for future referrence
