Your service is very bad, we sent claims documents on Thursday bt stil today no feedback, your were busy debting her account account every month with no hussel, i guess that 'how you operate you put people on hold for more than 20 minutes, i wil take this with the Ombudsman i mean, she paid every month & she had the policy for more than 2 years.we want bury this week wow hollard bad service in the time like this.
