Standard willing to blacklist by charging intrest

Standand Bank has messed up my account since day and we want it fixed before you blacklist my name for you mistakes
They are chargering us for something we have never been charged with and i want it revesed and taken off the CC ASAP, or we will move all my acount to another bank and i dont want to be black list coz standand bank cant do there filping job and they customer care call line is a joke and they should be fired for bad customer managerment.
