Illegal finance company

I have applied for finance via internet as the company where I have applied said that finance is also for blacklisted, and they work with numerous financial companies. However, my application was only handed in to one lender, which replied that they can not help me because of being black listed. They have then sent me an email from a certain "rudi" that would assist me with debt counseling.
Within the first 3 days an amount of R299 was deducted from my account, without any notice for what this may be.
This is a warning to all out there, watch out for these guys. I have in the meantime laid a complaint at dti, which informed me that this is and that they will pursue the matter further.
