I am insured by Budget insurance. In March 2013 my wife involved in accident when a person skipped a stop street and knocked into her.
The claim took 4 weeks to be processed afterwhich TC panelbeaters worked on my car for a futher 4 weeks. After the repair work was done an invoice was issued to me which reflected an amount of R14216.88 as total for damages of which R4800 was my excess.
Now get this budget claims that they paid a settlement amount of R57660 to TC panel beaters
Now I don't know whose lying or accepting underhanded business which amounts to and corruption. I will not rest until these perpertatrtors go to jail. Either budget inflates the settlement figure to increase my risk ratio so other companies cant give me good quotes or budget has dodgy finance people or assessors or repair claims personel who are raping the system. The question asked is who are these evil people that would like to go to jail.
My claims history should reflect what was paid to TC panlebeaters, not some figue which is ficticious or possibly real due to.
