False promise

I contacted Outsurance for a better insurance quote based on their "R400 Money back promo" and they couldn't better what I'm currently paying and yes they sent me a unique login pin, I uploaded my existing policy blah blah... They have since vanished into thin air... you can't even make a follow-up on their website. This was back on the 18th of October and today is the 29th... hhhmmm maybe they are still processing the whole thing and if indeed that is the case then it leaves a lot to be desired.
