Bab treatment of staff

As I wanted to open an account in Nedbank @ market street, I saw Paul Mtombeni, a branch manager standing at his office door shouting and screeming at staff member and pointing her out of his office saying '' GET OUT OF MY OFFICE AND GO AND WORK, U CAN CRY UNTIL U TURN RED, I DONT CARE", in the presence of clients. I think the manager is incompetent and is not able to manage people.
