Express Clearance???

I phoned Credit salvage to find out if they will be able to remove a judgement on my name with the credit bereau in 3 weeks as i needed to get a car urgently, this was on the 11th of October 2013.
Dennis Sibanyoni adviced that i need to take up the express service for them to be able to help me in the 3 weeks.
Now today, 28 Oct, when i ask for feedback i get told they are anticipating a court date before the 29th November.
Why have i paid for an express service if my case will be handled the same as a customer who has requested for a normal customer?
Why offer your customer services you cannot live up to?
I am livid!!!
