Discovery Insure
Premium increaesed in 5 months but no changes made

I was thrilled with discovery insure at first, I'm just really disappointed with them changing their rules all the time. None the less my main concern is that they have started chaurging us almost R400 more per month for the last 2 debit orders. I called the call centre this morning only to be cutoff after holding on for 10mins.
Then I called again spoke yo Jacobs and when I told him I've been charged 400 more he asked what's the problem...? Well obviously I didn't sign up for increases mid year especially after you guys don't even contact me to confirm.

Then he said their were changesbmade 1st Aug, and later the changes made 1st Oct... but I did not make any changes it was you guys that made changes

Then he said he will enquire as to what the difference is so I told him I know what the difference is I need to know why there is a difference abducted he says that what he said...

No reference no confirmation... feel it's unheard so posting to get a response.
