Hello Peter,

We are sometimes quick to notice a bad service out there, but slow to notice the good service!
Anyways I just wanted to thank Dial Direct for the overall service I got yesterday. The consultant was friendly and willing to help. I wanted to change my postal address information and this morning I got an email to rate the consultant's service.
I wanted to also Thank Dial Direct for their promise regarding the BIG BUCKS BONUS I got this month... I just wanted to tell them that they've got me for life! I'm not going anywhere :)
