I am insured by Auto & General for more than a year, but never had reason to put in a claim or to call them up for assistants, about two days ago my car broke down and was standing at my work place, I contacted Auto & General and a lady with the name Satima took my call and from the start she was very professional and listen to my story and afterwards she said that she have to transfer me to the Assist Centre in order to book a towing vehicle to collect my car, before she transferred my call she first took the time to explained to the lady in the Assist centre my situation which safe me all the trouble from explaining the situation again which most call centres do in these cases. 5 minutes after I put the phone down the breakdown company called me up to confirm my address and they where there in 15 minutes collecting my car. Then the Assist centre called me again to follow up if my car was collected and if they can assist me with anything else. It was the best service I ever received from a call centre!!! Keep it up and I will always be a client and promote Auto&General.
