Unauthorised Debit Orde

I logged onto loan defector over the Internet, yes I agreed to the terms and conditions. Nowhere it was said that the money will be debited from my account. I have called the call centre, only to find a rude consultant on the end of the line.
I want the money I didn't agree to be taken, back! as I didn't even use your services.

I don't know if you take advantage of people who need money or what, but why would one take out money when they need the money in the fist place??
