Clientele rips me off

Four years ago I took out a couple policies. The consultant told me I need two legal policies one for me and one for my husband witch is a because their ad clearly state that one covers you your spouse and kids under the aged of 18. I phoned them three times with no results just a lying promise that they will phone me back
