Rude call centre Agent - Mkabe

I have recieving e-mails from the company for an outstanding school fees bill. This account has settled with school and i have sent the proof of payment via e-mail, but i still recieving these e-mails i called the call centre and spoke a very rude guy by the name of Mkabe, when i asked for his surname he told he using it as a name and surname. They dont have excess to the email box who problem is that and when do they follow with the school if the bill is not settled with them. CAN SOMEBODY GET BACK TO ME.
