"Exclusive" Travellatitude service is horrid

The Travellattitude service provided by Investec is punted as being "exclusively" for Investec clients. Apart from getting 1.5 dividend point per R5 spent (instead of 1 point), there doesn't seem to be any benefit. On trying to book a simple domestic flight this morning, the website does not work on Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Google Chrome internet browsers. It takes ages to get someone on the call centre line, and finally the same flight I found for R1597 for the dates and times I want, are quoted at over R3000 by the Travellatitude consultant. I check back on concluding the call - and this fare is still available (which I subsequently book) after being told by the consultant "all the cheap seats have been booked".
