I cannot speak highly enough of Virgin Insurance and their responses. My car was written off in an accident about 6 months ago and they dealt with the whole matter expeditiously and with concern. They paid me out without any problems and now with the purchase of a new vehicle they have completed all the necessary formalities immediately. There is never any hanging on the line to an electronic voice; you speak to a consultant straight-away and he or she is always courteous and obliging.

Everything is always done over the telephone which makes life very simple.
