I applied for a consolodation loan and was assisted by this lady. I must say that it was a refreshing experience to receive such great service in today's system marred by bad communication and general disinterest in customer satisfaction. There was a huge misunderstanding regarding a top-up on a existing loan and even though she did not have to she investigated and listened to what was happening. She went out of her way to make sure I was kept up to date with the progress and made sure the misunderstanding was rectified..

Look after this employee Nedbank because she is an asset in every way and I hope that one day she will lead a team there so that all the clients can experience the great service I did!
