Thanks for your response, and I am glad I wrote the complaint on Hello Peter because I got your reasons finally. What I must point out is that my complaint was not a standard Hello Peter complaint that complains about an unfair repudiation in a platform where the people (the public) do not know all the details. I find that inappropriate. As inappropriate as your action to then address the details of your repudiation in a platform where the people do not have all the details. I will not discuss my case here, I will deal with your legal department. Do not think that the public did not notice that you completely ignored my actual complaint, which was that you took two months to make a decision on my claim and you did not send me your explanations when I asked for them (making empty promises) and you dragged the whole process. For this you did not even apologise but rather used your opinion of the case to discredit my complaint altogether.
