ABSA slow rolling sale of property

Purchased house from seller in or around September... process still ongoing. ABSA advised that cancellation bond figure is 1, 520m. A few weeks after this amount given ABSA then advise figure is now 1, 580m. Unsure why and where this figure came from. ABSA have advised that further costs will incur herein and feel that this is impacting on the sale of the property. Feel that ABSA is slow rolling the sale and would appreciate it if they could come to the party.
