Dear sir/madam i was woking in Hoover SA the company closed in 1987 August 31, i was using book of life those days i was from Transkei now i dont have that book of life any more but i have the number that i used those days, will you [please help me i want money from Surplus Fund, i did fill the forms there but now nothing happening will you please help me to get the money from Metal Industries Provident Fund
