I am still waiting for my money after 3 weeks!

I surrendered my daughters Old Mutual education plan on 01/10/2013.The consultant at my branch told me that head office had to calculate the amount payout and then the money will be deposited into my account. That was three weeks ago! No feedback and I still haven't gotten my money. How long can it take for people of head office to do calculations?
