We got home and realized there is something wrong with one of our geysers tried calling them but the phone or call just doesn't go through, imagine if I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. This is now over two hours of trying. Thanks to Outsurance with their current offer to help even their non clients, within 30 min help was here.
