My company has been a business client of Nedbank since 2005 and I have been since I was a child and I can now say that I have received the worst service possible from Nedbank! We ordered and paid for a new PocketPOS on 1 October 2013 after having to send in the application forms twice after they lost the first set! It is now 2 weeks later, and our unit was aparently shipped off on 8 October 2013 and today is the 16th October and still no delivery. The Nelspruit branch manager isnt of any help and the call centre couldnt care less! This kind of service especially for businesses is really pathetic! If someone does not get back to me personally to rectify the situation, I am most definately moving my whole portfolio over to another bank.
