False advertising

Previously i have done atm deposits the night before for my debit orders at anna atm, most of the time debit orders went thru. last night i did a deposit and called standard bank business this morning as usual but now the lady-ref-42142434 says that anna atm deposits take 24 hrs to reflect. according to my understanding, other people from the call centre and std bank adverts anna atm deposits show same time in your account. im confused, please help
