Incorrect Cellphone Numbe

My husband has been getting incorrect sms's for the last year. I have phoned creditworx numerous times to inform them they have the wrong cellphone number, they must please take his number off the system, but still to no avail, as he still keeps on getting notifications on debt that he owes.
