I received the most pathetic service from Samantha in the Fleet department when I went to the Wesbank H.O.
First I was made to wait for over 30min because they didn't know who to call and then after been gauged telephonically by Samantha, I was told that they were too busy to assist - In other words, go back to where you come from.
I took extreme offence to this and she then came down to try and salvage the situation after I told them that I will take my business elsewhere and then she all of a sudden had the time and even insisted to sit and listen to me.
I got a feeling that Wesbank doesn't care about small businesses and only had time for the big corporates, well they were once SMME's.
I just feel so let down by Wesbank as I wanted to have my personal and business services in one place and I know for a fact that STD bank has a similar offer and they have been doing it for year.
I guess I need to be looking at a company that understands business and know's that each client is treated equally no matter the size - Very disappointed!!!
