Worst insurance service in CT

Have had insurance with Auto & General for 13 months. Now have a small claim on vehicle (first claim), and boy are they trying not to honour their policy. Assessment was done on 8/10/13 and still no authorization.
They must listen to sales call first to ascertain if my information was correct when placing the insurance, for which I must wait 4 days!
Keep clear and insure somewhere else.
