FICA Requirements

In May I could suddenly not transact on my ABSA accounts, error message "not identified / verified", this without prior warning. Went into the branch and was told the reason for FICA was that all previous records were destroyed in a fire?! They could not tell me why I did not received prior notice. Sorted everything out and I could transact again. Now, 6 months later again I find that I cannot transact, error message "not identified / verified" No prior notice given, no reason given. Will once again go into the branch, identify myself and then close my accounts after 16 years. Keep it up Barclays, soon there will be nothing for you to keep up.
