Need answers please!!!

My partner and I received a bond from Standard Bank in 2012. However, after unforeseen circumstances, we are only able to sign the documents now. My problem is, is that only recently have a I discovered that my attorneys that were appointed are in Pretoria North and we are in Johannesburg South. There is no way my partner and I are able to take time off of work to drive an hour (possibly more) to get to Pretoria and sign the documents. I have spoken to the attorneys and they are willing to meet in Centurion, still a 45 min drive for us with an additional charge of R600. According to my knowledge, an attorney in my area should have been appointed. Now, we are stuck and delaying the process of finally getting our house in our name further than what is needed. Surely another arrangement can be made as I am a paying client?
