Outstanding Service on Policy Renewal

I want to comment on the outstanding customer service I got from Mammuso Ndabezitha when I called in MiWay to update my policy. The lady was so friendly, engaging and happy to assist me to get it Mi way by listening to me and taking into account my needs.
I could actually imagine the smile she had on her face while on the phone and this is what I call great customer service. She made me believe that she really like what she does and without doubt she has strong interpersonal skill which vital in her field of work. Big up to MiWay! No wonder you constantly are the best company to work for. Your staff is amazing and they do love what they are employed to do.
