Car returned with new damages!!!

Jaco Roodt from EasyWay assessed my car for repairs due to the accident, what the old damage was & what extras were included in the Car. After repairs done at AutoMagic, my car was returned by Roy with new damage: fog lights missing, alarm & rear elect. window not working. After dealing with Mamello Mohlauli, Ricardo Texeira, Tshegofatso Molese, Tania Van Der Westhizen, Marilyn Coleman, Julie Van Wyk, Divan Koekemoer & Dhamesha Naidu from Budget, they refused to take responsibility & said its wear&tear. Which just happened to occur at the time the car was with the them, but damages weren't there after assessment. The assessment report details fog lights, alarm & elect. windows as extras coming with the car but ARE NOT labeled as damaged. BUDGET says they're not accident related damages. In a meeting with Divan Koekemoer & Piet Nawn (Auto Magic), they still refused to answer for car damages occurring in their possession. I then dealt with Dhamesha Naidu, who met with Divan to the situation. Again they failed to take responsibility & said the final decision has been made & they wont pay for the damages. I gave them documents detailing the issue & proves they're negligent.
