Bad Attitude - Not adhering to my request

On 29/08/2013 I received a call from Carnie Van Vuuren to offer me a quote on Insurance. After a good 30 min I accepted her quotation for Short Term Insurance. On 11/09/2013 I have sent her an e-mail stating my position and stated that I will no longer require the insurance. I obviously wrongly assumed that she will cancel it accordingly as I did not comply with any of their requests regarding verification of vehicle ect. Only to my disgust did they still take the premium of R 1200 of my bank account. I expected at least a phone call to apologise but to no avail. I have been battling ever since to cancel the insurance.
This treatment is not acceptable not to speak about the attitude!!
