INCORRECT INTEREST ON FUTURE FUND

I have phoned 011 5015110 3 times trying to get assistance on the interest I earned this month on my Future Fund Account. I have dealt with 2 ladies that are putting me through to the Investments section. I get a menu where I am asked to enter 1, 2 or 3 and each option says Sorry there are no client surveys to fill out at this time and I then get cut off. This customer service is disgusting!
