Loans Acceptable
Unethical company

I made an application for a loan and R3500 was deducted from my bank account prior to the loan being approved by a third party. The supplier failed to communicate this to me, and still had the money. They advertise under he pretence that the loan will be approved, which is completely unethical, because they cannot influence that decision. They don't even understand on what grounds loans are declined that shows complete ignorance of the industry and its operations. The National Credit Regulator should take action against such who cheat the poor and the vulnerable out of the little money that they have. How can one take this further?
