Stuff Incompetency - FNB call center

I took a loan from FNB, requested a settlement account, with given account number and references. I payed the amount. Since from the 12th of September, i have been contacting the call centre, speaking to different consultants, regarding the loan. They all give me different responses, one say she saw the amount in the system but it is not allocated, second one says the account that was given to me is closed, so the money was rejected. Please note that i have a proof of payment which reflected that the money went through. On the 27 of September, the monthly instalment went through from my account R3424. which is a lot of money just to spare, while i have my own expenses. I have spoken to the following people, were i have spend so much time, money to get hold of. Their names are Hezekiel Ledwaba Thabang &; Shulile Khumalo &; Magadla Lutu & Thepiso &;Noxolo mandela &; Otto, Innocentia & Oelofse, Anel &;Metsing, Itumeleng Humphrey. They are all involved, with all different explanations WITH NO SOLUTION. I have emails i recieved from them as well. I AM STRESSED AND LOOSING FOCUS AT WORK, to think 100000 is claimed to be lost in thin air.
