I got something "Out"

I called to update my policy and Ntswaki did that for me but my premium jumped by R10 extra per month. I could not understand the rationale as i had fitted a more advanced tracking device and in my view i should have got a reduction on premium. She referred me to Ntombi her supervisor. Ntombi agreed with my argument and she went on her way reviewing my policy and she reduced it by almost R100 in two minutes! I then added a new cellphone and still i am paying less that what i did before i added the new tracking device and cellphone.

Very happy with the service i got and getting something "out"... leaves me speechless!
