20 days and still pay out pending

I am totally disapointed that i have not been payed out as yet. I first had an issue regarding a debit order which i had to take up and im still unhappy that i have not been payed out. This is an emergency. Please can you pay out the fund urgently . the back log excuse is coming from last year and this is getting stale now.

I await my pay out.
