Bad experience due to incompetency

The service i have received from this branch within a period of 40 days in between leaves so much to be desired. I have logged an enquiry on the 02 October 2013 and was promised turn around time is 48 hours but todate its more than 72 hours no luck instead i get to be told that due to carelessness of the consultant i must wait another 96 hours. What happened to service, your values says We do everything in our power to ensure that we provide our customers services and solutions to suit their needs, provided that everything we do for them is based on sound business principles. My personal experience with you makes me wonder if this just one those therories you brainstorm in those boardrooms. If i dont get this resolved i will forward mass email to all my friends copied Chris Niesel, Saki Macozoma, Kgomotso Moroka and Cyril Ramaposa. Worse part the supervisor called me and arrongantly told me i have to wait even though the staff is to be blamed.
