Premium and cove

I joined Iwyze 2 years ago, as much as I was not happy with the way the handle my claim and I still tolerated them, I raised my concern and no one bothers but I still recommended most of my friends to join them and not expecting anything from Iwyze but great service. They decided to increase my premium by a nearly a thousand rand and when I call the office (Mr S Govender) decided to review the premium only when I said I am cancelling the insurance, and I allow the review to go ahead and after that I was not happy as they can only decrease by R100. I then said, he should continue and cancel as I am moving out to other insurance and he then told me that I will only be covered by Iwyze until 30 October 2013 while month of October ends 31. My premium was for a month of October, are they doing this because they are bitter that I am moving out to another insurance who understand not ripping people off their hard earned cash. It is disappointing for such a reputable company to handle matters like amateurs or fly by night insurance who only look for people's pocket. I therefore demand my premium back or they cover full month and I will make my mission for my friends and others to know
