My card got jammed in the ATM

I was using the ATM and my card got jammed inside the ATM and within 5 minutes my i got an sms telling me R2050 was withdrawn from some place i dont know called Ikhwezi Parki. I called the bank to stop the card and this morning i went to report this to the but they promised to investigate and get back to me in 10 working days, here is the reference number 3436823
