I went in to the branch on the 8/10/2013 to place notice on my 32 day notice account, upon arrival and waiting over 30 minutes in the queue I spoke to a consultant who politely informed me to speak to the manager as she would be able to assist in terms of me accessing my funds immediately. I have done this in the past where I took early acess to my funds and this time without any communication whatsoever I was told I was unable to do this as I would have to have documentation relating to hospitilastion or death. The managers excue as to not doing this was because she was about to get audited so one may ask what if she was not getting audited would she have helped? Been more polite? More understanding?! This is not what I expect from a bank and especially from a person in such a position. Poor service, no communication skills, tone was abrupt and totally incompentant
