Nothing makes sense

Hello. we had a business which did very badly the last two years due to the economic situation in south Africa. I bought three vehicles from absa with my salary. when things started going bad I couldn't always pay my accounts because of the place we worked for not paying us for easy 60 to 90 days.started getting phone calls and also repo people at my home but could pay as soon as I then did receive any monies in. this year was the worst.sold our machines and bought a business that generates money each day.it was better option than looking for work in the engineering field. on 5 September the sherrif came to my home to fetch my bakkie. the arrangement made at my gate with the sherriff that the last money to come in for my business the next day I will pay the arrears amount and legal fees on the Monday, 9 Septemberwhich I did and they fetched the vehicle the very next day saying that I didn't do as promised. they said I could get it back in two days after the necessary admin was done. I am still waiting for the vehicle. now they have lots and lots of stories - I don't have a contract anymore... etc etc etc. I am now under debt review.they fetched the golf yesterday.
