Access R9500 not paid

I had insurance with outsurance. On my way to a meeting for the school that I used to work for a truck pushed me off the road and I hit the barriers and rolled. My work colleague saw this all in His rear view mirror. According to outsurance They had to take R9500 excess as my colleague's statement was not good enough as he viewed the accident in his rear view mirror. I think it is ridiculous that I had to be punished like that. Because of this I had to buy a new car and make more debt and had to leave the education system as I could not afford my studies.
