Loan Finder Sa
3 months later still no refund/reimburse

The initial Problem - see the follwing:

On applying for a loan search from Loanfinder SA, which has this on there site.
We have joined our free loan-finding service.

(((similar to Thinkmoney which is free and reputable)))

I then heard nothing and anyway decided to get help elsewhere.
5 days later they put a debit oredr on my account for R350.
No where did I agree to this or it was even mentioned.
This is in essence FRUAD

Current problem 3months later

Eventually after speaking to Coleen about this on Jun the 27th, and explaining that I never received anything stating they would debit me R350 for absolutely nothing. She eventually said that they do have a 7 day cool off where one can say no and get your money back. Its 3 months later and I still have-not received my money back.

I would appreciate this taken care of swiftly.
