Do noy become a victim of SA crime

After being a victim of a smash and grab 2 weeks ago where my handbag was with contents valuing approximately R18000 I called Outsurance to start the claim proceedings. I explained to them what had happened and that along with cash i had my husbands Michele Herbalin watch in my bag. They told me that i would only get - R5000 for everything cause my husbands watch was not specified.

Ok then i was told if i had claimed a few days later i would have been paid up to R10000 cause they changed there policy. So i asked if they could look into this and was told in a round about way that i should have pumped up my claim. I'm an honest person but out of the horses mouth so to speak.

Be warned that you have to be dishonest to get what is rightlfully yours.
