I went to the Eastgate Absa branch this morning, to get my UIF forms sorted out.
I was about 40th in the line before the bank opened, and I was really dreading standing for hours on end.
I was pleasantly surprised when I got a ticket and went to customer services and sitting for 1 minute literally and my ticket got called. Promise, the lady that assisted me, was so helpful and pleasant. I spent 10 minutes all together to get my stuff sorted out - I did not expect that! Thank you for the quick and helpful service. Keep up the great work!!
