I received these forms and duly posted return all notarised and with tracking number to address my statements come from. On contacting ABSA I was informed that they should have gone to my branch in CTown so I assumed they would be sent on!
Since then I cannot contact anyone to update me on this application in spite of E-Mail requests.
Communication is paramount in good business relationships and ABSA are failing in this area.
