Gulping down my MONEY!!!

Supposedly the Elite banking account is only supposed to charge 99 rand a month, however I have been incurring a lot of charges and unexplained charges, call into the call centre to find that they are not competent enough to answer my questions about the deductions made on my account. I should have stayed with Absa at least they where more upfront with their deductions!!! I am not going to ;eave this at this, as per my banking studies a bank is not allowed to mislead their clients in anyway so I will take it further with the Ncr and ombudsman, will even go to the newspapers if necessary
