I had experienced some really bad service from one of the consultants and Wayne, assisted in getting the problem sorted out, advised when I would be refunded and also got the nurse to contact me for my HIV.
He was curteous and helpful everytime he contacted me, and if he had to phone back he made sure he allocated a time and did so in that time, which I really appreciated.
