Wayne Powell deserves an award!! Me and my husband recently upgraded our Life insurance and I was assisted by Wayne. He was very helpful, has a great sense of humour, is pleasant, he is efficient. Within a few days a nurse had attended to my needs in the privacy of my home, our policy has been upgraded at a very cost effective rate. I sent him from pillar to post and he remained positive and helpful through out the process. When I sent him e-mail his turn around time for a response was within seconds.
